Remember all that apple pie filling I made? Well, it was for a 50th birthday party that was red, white and blue themed. I catered the party for about 100 people. I made 10 apple pies, a ton of pasta salad with red and blue dyed pasta, red, white and blue deviled eggs and fried chicken legs. They also had a hot dog and nacho bar which I manned. Nick even pitched in and helped bar tend. It was a lot of work and a lot of fun!
